COVID-19 INFORMATION

We are open to FULL capacity for visitations and services. Both the City of Salem and the Town of Danvers currently do NOT have a Mask Mandate in place. If a family wishes, we have complimentary masks at the entranceways of all our locations for those in need. Please use our sanitation stations located throughout our funeral homes.

Some families we serve ask that all guest wear a face covering and others leave the decision up to the guest. To assist all guests we do have masks available at the entrance of all of our locations for your convenience and to abide by the families wishes.

At the entrance of all of our locations we have signage sharing the families wishes for the level of requirement about face coverings. Please respect the families wishes.

We have all of our socially distancing measures and Covid-19 protocols ready to implement should the family we are serving wish to have them in place. Our directors will share your options with you upon making arrangements for services. We want all families and guests to feel safe and welcome.

More information about our protective measures and commitment to families can be found below:

  • We are open and will continue to care for you and your loved one – day or night, every day of the year. The continuum of care that we offer is unparalleled and gives the families we serve tremendous peace-of-mind, especially during these unsettling times.
  • We are adhering to guidelines recommended by the CDC, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and the Town of Danvers & City of Salem, Boards of Health.
  • We are offering phone, Facetime, Zoom and email appointments to families choosing to stay home.
  • Maximum attendance can be limited to a designated number of guests if requested.
  • Live Streaming is available for services in our funeral homes and at the cemetery.
  • Enhanced hygiene practices and social distancing are in effect within our team.
  • Please be mindful of CDC guidelines to wash your hands often.
  • We are in constant communication with our faith community partners, cemeteries, hospitals, as well as state and local health officials on steps we can take to help.

We continue to ask that those not feeling well to stay home and reach out to the family through our obituary page. Click here for more information.
