DANVERS – Anne V. O'Neill, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt and loyal friend, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, February 7, 2022.

The daughter of Anna (Buckley) and Richard O'Neill, Jr., Anne was born in Peabody. She was a resident of Danvers for more than 40 years and spent her summers on Great Neck in Ipswich.

She graduated from St. John's Grammar & Girls High School and continued her education at Salem State University, receiving a BS degree in Education. She later earned her MS degree in Guidance and Counseling while studying at Tufts University and Boston University. Anne was a teacher in the Peabody school system and was appointed a Graduate Council at Peabody High School. She also held a membership in the Essex County Retirement Education Association and the Danvers Council on Aging.

Anne was a devoted communicant at St. Richard's Parish in Danvers and was a member of Notre Dame de Namur in Ipswich.

Anne was predeceased by her parents, her sisters, Eleanor (O'Neill) Trask, Mary O'Neill, Janet O'Neill, and her brother Richard O'Neill. She is survived by her nephew, Kenneth Trask and his wife, Carmela Trask, and her niece, Joyce (Trask) Jackson, as well as many great nephews and nieces.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to attend Anne's funeral Mass which will be held at St. Richard's Church, 90 Forest St., Danvers on Saturday, February 12th at 11:30 A.M.
