MIDDLETON- Mrs. Bertha (Tardif) Farrell 99, of Middleton, beloved wife of the late Amos Farrell, died Tuesday, September 13th, 2016 at Hawthorne Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Danvers.

Born in St. Leonard, New Brunswick, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Ida (Thibault) Tardif. She was raised and educated in Canada and immigrated to the United States in 1962 making the Town of Middleton her home for over 50 years.

A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Bertha was devoted and dedicated to raising her large and loving family. She took great pride in all of her children's and families accomplishments.

Bertha was a devoted and active parishioner of St. Agnes Church in Middleton. She devoted her life to her family and her faith. She was the ultimate homemaker and mother who raised a large and loving family. She will be deeply missed.

Bertha is survived by her sons, Richard Farrell of North Andover and Glenn Farrell of Raymond, N.H., her daughters, Glenda Baker of Stratford, VA, Grace Pennock of Kissimmee, Fl, Norma Farrell of Kissimmee, Fl, Nora Woodbury of Middleton and Agnes Jones of Middleton, her 20 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was the mother of the late Eldon, Stanley and Christine Farrell.

ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral services are private. Burial in Oakdale Cemetery, Middleton.
