SALEM - Mr. Brian L. MacIntyre 51, of Salem, beloved husband of Lee Anne (Shaffaval) MacIntyre, died Sunday, March 19th, 2017 as the result of an automobile accident. Born in Salem he was the son of Beatrice (Durocher) MacIntyre of Salem and the late Charles MacIntyre. He was raised and educated in Salem and was a graduate of Salem High School, Class of 1983. Mr. MacIntyre was employed with Crosby's Marketplace for almost 40 years. He was known professionally for his leadership and dedication to his profession and contemporaries. He possessed great people skills and was often lauded for his ability to motivate others. Every store he was associated with flourished. His colleagues truly looked up to Brian, he mentored many and was a confidant and friend to all he worked alongside. They often would spend time camping and hiking in New Hampshire and Nova Scotia. He was an avid New England Patriots fan and outdoors man yet above all else family was paramount.
