Daniel J. Bouffard, Jr.

SALISBURY, NEW HAMPSHIRE – Mr. Daniel J. Bouffard, Jr., 72 of Salisbury, New Hampshire, passed away after a brief battle with terminal cancer on July 27, 2023 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston.

Born in Beverly, Daniel was the son of the late Madeline (Brissette) and Daniel J. Bouffard, Sr. He was raised and educated in Peabody, graduating from Peabody High School.

Upon his high school graduation, Daniel enlisted in the United States Marines and proudly served his country during the Vietnam war.

Daniel devoted his career working at Concord Hospital for over 16 years in their Environmental Services department.

A lover of the outdoors, Daniel enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and simply sitting by the lake, enjoying the peacefulness of New Hampshire. He will be missed by many.

Daniel is survived by his daughters, Courtney Bouffard of Laconia, NH, Danielle Dempster and her husband, Matt of Buzzards Bay, Charlene Shastop of Methuen and Jamie Bouffard of Manchester, NH; his sisters, Susan Sliney and her husband, Michael of Middleton and Mary Sahlin and her husband, Rick of Raymond, NH; his grandson, Mason Arizmendi and many other grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family members.
