TOPSFIELD – Mrs. Doris May (Anderson) Earle 96, of Topsfield, beloved wife of the late George N. Earle, died peacefully, Saturday, July 30th, 2022 at Masconomet Nursing Center in Topsfield.
Born in East Boston, she was the daughter of the late Anders and Marion (Tyre) Anderson. She was raised and educated in North Revere and attended Revere Schools.
Mrs. Earle had been employed in the cleaning industry for many years following the early passing of her husband. She did whatever was in her power to provide a loving and caring home for her children and family.
Doris’ life revolved around her family, including parental assistance to 3 generations along with other relatives and friends. She was heavily involved with the workings of the Congregational Church of Topsfield, Girls Scouts, Boy Scouts and Brownies. Any activity her children participated, so did Doris. She loved being around children and had the energy of one even into her 90’s. She was just a fun person. A smile was always on her face and she exuded fun. It was truly contagious.
Her love of family, community and friends is her everlasting hallmark. Her many years in the Town of Topsfield made it a better place to live for all. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
Doris is survived by her daughters, Beverly Earle of Salisbury, Christine Earle of Amesbury, Linda Earle of Epping, NH and Lisa Earle of Plaistow, NH, her sons, Hazen Earle of Raymond, NH and Lorin Earle of Tampa, Fl, her 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, her sisters, Phyllis McKeon of Salisbury and Pauline DeMeo of Saugus, her brother, Chester Ograbisz of Punta Gorda, Fl and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral service will be held graveside, in the Boston Street Cemetery, (Rte 1) Topsfield, (Adjacent to the Tospfield Police Dept.) Friday, August 5th at 10 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Please join the family for fellowship and refreshments at Supinos Restaurant, 250 Newbury St, Danvers, immediately following the graveside service from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M.
