SALISBURY- Miss Elizabeth B. Kantorosinski 64, formerly of Salem, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Ostrow, Poland she was the daughter of the late John and Maria (Adamczewski) Kantorosinski. She was raised and educated in the United States and attended the John T. Berry School in North Reading.
Elizabeth had been employed at Haverhill City Hall as an assistant to the mayor’s secretary for over 25 years. Elizabeth loved her job and made many lifelong friends through her work.
A loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend, Elizabeth found great comfort in spending quality time with her family, often traveling with her mother and enjoying weekends with her sister's family. She cherished every moment spent with family and friends, relishing the joy of gatherings and celebrations. She was a devoted communicant of the St. John Paul II Shrine of Divine Mercy and an active member of the Holy Rosary Sodality, embodying her deep faith through acts of kindness and compassion.
A bubbly soul who brought joy and warmth to all those around her. Elizabeth was known for her love of dancing and bowling; she had a charming personality that lit up any room she entered. Her outgoing nature, infectious smile, endeared her to many. Elizabeth will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have called her a friend.
Surviving Elizabeth are her sisters, Margaret Santerre and her husband Shawn of Peabody and Eva Alasad and her husband Jehad of Arlington, TX, her nephews, Andrew Santerre and Aidan Santerre, Mahmoud Alasad and his wife Noor, Abdullah Alasad, Tameem Alasad, her nieces, Raniah Jubain and her husband Abdurrahman, Nadiah Alasad, Hanan Alasad and Maryam Alasad and 2 grandnieces and 1 grandnephew and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral Mass which will be held at St. John Paul II Shrine of Divine Mercy, St. Peter St., Salem on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 11 A.M. A visiting hour will be held at the church from 10 to 11 A.M. prior to Mass. Burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery Salem.
