MIDDLETON - Frank G. Shibilia, 78, of Middleton, formerly of Salem, MA, passed away Sunday, January 16th, 2022 at Masconomet Healthcare Center in Topsfield after his battle with lung cancer. Born in Boston, MA he was the son of the late Frank T. and Anne (Alaimo) Shibilia. Frank was the loving husband of Carol (Ciampa) Shibilia, with whom he celebrated 55 years of marriage.
Frank attended and graduated from Dorchester High School and went on to work in trucking for most of his life, employed for Honeywell, Inc. that went on to change ownership over the years. Frank was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed cars and going to car shows regularly. Later in life Frank became a sports fan, cheering on the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. Frank would often make trips out on the water, where he enjoyed fishing and relaxing. A beloved family man, Frank enjoyed spending time with the love of his life, Carol, his children, and grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Carol, Frank is survived by his children; Mark Shibilia of North Reading, MA, and Debra Krol and husband, Michael of Sandown, NH, and grandchildren; Nicholas Krol and wife, Rachel, Kaitlyn Krol, and Gina Shibilia, siblings; Charles Shibilia and wife, Jean, and Mary Shibilia, and brother-in-law, Richard Ciampa of Salem, MA. Along with many friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: As Frank loved being out on the water, his cremated remains will be scattered at sea in a private service.
