SALEM – Ms. Gail M. Blanchard, 58 of Salem, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, April 29, 2021.
Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Otis A. and Marilyn (Herlihy) Blanchard. Raised and educated in Beverly, Gail attended Beverly Public Schools.
Always willing to help others, Gail dedicated her professional career to customer service where she worked for Eastern Bank for over 20 years.
Gail’s greatest treasures in life were her family, cats and anything Disney, especially Eeyore. She cherished her large collection of Annalee Dolls and lived her life each day with Disney wisdom. She was a loving sister, aunt and great aunt who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Gail is survived by her sister, Pamela St. Pierre of Salem and her brother, Lawrence Blanchard of Salem, her nieces, Danielle St. Pierre of Jacksonville, FL and Trisha Hollis and her husband Derek of Salem, her great-nieces and nephews, Daniel St. Pierre of Salem, Zachary Machado of Jacksonville, FL, Riley House of Mansfield, OH, Kiera Hollis of Salem and Jackson Hollis of Salem.
ARRANGEMENTS: Gail’s funeral service will be held in O’Donnell – Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 84 Washington Sq., (at Salem Common) Salem on Friday, May 7th at 12 (Noon). Relatives and friends invited. All attendees are required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing.
