BEVERLY – Mr. Gary S. Flint 68, of Beverly, died April 13, 2020 after being stricken with the Coronoa Virus.
Born in Beverly, he was the son of the late Robert and Vera (Pisani) Flint. He was raised and educated in Beverly and was a graduate of Beverly High School.
An honorably discharged veteran, he served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps.
Following his service to his country, Mr. Flint followed in his father’s footsteps and began a career in the printing business. He had a long and fruitful career with Deschamps Printing of Salem, where he was a dedicated and loyal member of the printing team for over forty years until the time of his retirement.
An avid reader and devoted Boston sports fan, Gary was an active member of the Herman A. Spear American Legion Post 331 of Beverly.
Gary is survived by his daughter, Jami Flint, his son, Peter Flint and his wife Arielle, his grandson, Cody Flint, his brother, Robert Flint and his wife Arlene, his wife, Donna Flint of Hamilton and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Gary will be laid to rest with his beloved mother who entered heaven on April 8th, 2020. May their souls rest in peace together.
ARRANGEMENTS: His funeral services are private. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Beverly. Assisting the family with the arrangements is the Peterson-O’Donnell Funeral Home, 167 Maple St., (rte 62) Danvers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gary’s memory to Northeast Animal Shelter, 347 Highland Ave., Salem, MA 01970.
