IPSWICH - Mrs. June (Jerams) Schall 91, of Ipswich, died peacefully, Sunday, April 11th, 2021 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House after a lengthy illness.
Born in Egham, England, she was the daughter of the late Percy and Winifred (Collins) Jerams. She was raised and educated in England. June met her husband Bill while he was serving in the Air Force. They were married in England and moved to Topsfield to begin their new life together. June and Bill were married for over 65 years.
Mrs. Schall began her career in education, teaching at the former Miss Faye’s Country Day School. She would then focus on raising her family and supporting her husband as he operated his own Fuel Oil business. Later she returned to work in retail both at Filenes and Talbots stores.
A loving wife and mother, June was devoted to her family and faith. She lived in Danvers over 50-years and was a member of All-Saints Episcopal Church. More recently, she resided in Litchfield, NH and was an active member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church and its Alter Guild. She enjoyed spending her time cooking, baking and traveling. She took great pride in her immaculate home. June will be deeply missed by family and friends.
June is survived by her daughter, Sandra Maliszewski of Ipswich and her son, Roger Schall of Beverly and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, William Schall, brother, Laurence Jerams, and son-in-law, John Maliszewski.
ARRANGEMENTS: Close family and friends are invited to her Funeral Service which will be held at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 3 Peabody Row, Londonderry, NH, Monday, April 19th at 10 A.M. All attendees are required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing. Burial open to the public in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Danvers, following the service at 12 noon.
