KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA – Mr. Junior Trinidad-Guzman 33, of Kissimmee, Florida, formerly of Salem, died August 10th, 2023, as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Orlando, Florida.
Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, he was the son of Arcenia Teresa Rivera de Rosado and Emillio Trinidad Benitez. He was raised and educated in Salem and was a graduate of Salem High School, class of 2009. With a passion for cars from a young age, Junior continued his education at Universal Technical Institute Automotive School, earning his Master Mechanics degree. He loved working on automotives and using aftermarket parts and kits to share his creativity and inspiration.
More recently, he attended and graduated with his Associates Degree from the Cordon Blue Culinary Institute. Junior had great artistic talent in many mediums and shared in this with his culinary talents. He fostered this working in the Food Service Department at Brooksby Village in Peabody as a young man and was currently a Chef at T-Rex Café in Disney Springs, Florida.
A loving son, brother and uncle, Junior enjoyed spending his time snowboarding in the winter and fishing and playing paint ball in the summer. His passion for cars extended into his personal collection as he was often rebuilding and modifying his personal vehicle and vehicles of friends. He relished in the cool designs and sleek lines of car exteriors and had a great eye for making them look “Bacano”. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was his happiest when surrounded by family and friends.
He was the loving boyfriend of Karen Ortiz of Kissimmee, Florida and together they were expecting their first child in the upcoming months.
Junior is survived by his loving mother, Arcenia Teresa Rivera de Rosado of Lynn, his sister, Karimar Ramos Bello of Lawrence, his brothers, Felipe G. Guzman, Jaime Ramos and Felix Davi Guzman, his girlfriend, Karen Ortiz of Kissimee, Florida, several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends in Salem, Mass and Orlando, Fla.
ARRANGEMENTS: His funeral procession will begin at O’Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 84 Washington Sq., (at Salem Common) SALEM, Wednesday, August 23rd at 10:30 A.M followed by his graveside service at Pine Grove Cemetery, Boston St., Lynn at 11 A.M.
