LYNN -  Mr. Luis Roberto Rodriguez 76, of Lynn, beloved husband of Ana (Bencosme) Rodriguez, died peacefully, April 30, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, he was the son of the late Luis Eligio and Maria Elena (Henriquez) Rodriguez. He was raised and educated in Santo Domingo, D.R. and New York, New York where he earned his college degree.

Luis immigrated to New York in 1962 and 12 years later moved to Lynn in 1974 and made it the homestead for his growing family. He raised 6 children in Lynn and loved the diversity of the city.

He was a steadfast, engaged and dedicated worker and member of the team at the GE. He enjoyed his profession and was known for his dedication to his craft and expertise leading his coworkers to naming his work space “Louisville.”

A loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, Luis was a member of the Quarter Century Club at the General Electric.
