Margaret Mooradian Obituary

DANVERS- Mrs. Margaret (DerManoogian) Mooradian, 94, of Danvers, beloved wife of the late Aram Mooradian, passed away on Tuesday December 29, 2020 at Beverly Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Nashua NH, she was the daughter of the late Kirkor and Yegsa (Sahagian) Mooradian. She was raised and educated in Nashua and was a graduate of Nashua High School.

Mrs. Mooradian had been employed as an accounting clerk for Jordan Marsh Department Store for many years prior to her retirement in 1987.

Margaret had a keen sense of style and kept up with the latest trends even into her 90’s. Always active both physically and mentally she enjoyed a good round of golf, winning a nine-hole championship at Wenham Golf Club, travelling, was an avid reader and enjoyed a challenging crossword puzzle. She was also known for her cooking talents, especially when it came to Armenian recipes. Margaret will be fondly remembered for her love of family, style and grace and deeply missed by her family and friends.

Surviving Margaret is her son, Vee Mooradian of Danvers, her grandson, Brett Duncan and his wife Sarah of Hubbardston, her great-grandchildren, Bria and Erik Duncan of Hubbardston, her sister, Anne Derr of Newburyport, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
