SWAMPSCOTT – Mrs. Marian K. (Kobylarz) Muller, 89, passed away on Saturday, November 4th, 2023, at the Bertram House of Swampscott.
Born in Wallington, NJ, she was the loving daughter of the late Martin and Mary (Kaczor) Kobylarz. She was the beloved wife of Charles H. Muller, Jr. with whom she celebrated 61 years of marriage.
Marian was raised and educated in Passaic County, NJ. She graduated from Passaic High School class of 1951. While working at her first job with Curtiss-Wright, she met the love of her life, Charlie. They married in 1955 and soon after, started their family. Marian was a resident of Topsfield for 30 years where she raised her family before moving to Ipswich where she and Charlie built their dream home. Later in life, Marian enrolled in college courses to help further her career path. She went on to work for Varian Associates in Beverly as an executive assistant for 10 years prior to her retirement.
Having a passion for gardening, she loved spending time in nature, tending to her flowers. She was a member of the Garden Club in Topsfield. Marian loved cooking and making memories with her family around the dinner table. Her greatest joy was her family and loved every moment she spent with them. Some of the best memories were made while traveling with her entire family to The Balsams, Bermuda, Cape Cod and Disney World. She was so proud of her family, their accomplishments, and was happiest watching them grow.
Marian is survived by her children, Donna Weston and her husband, Dr. James Weston of Wallingford, CT, Charles H. Muller III of Swampscott, Jane Muller and her spouse, Kristin Callahan of Marblehead, grandchildren, Matthew and Ian Weston, Katie and Abby Callahan-Muller, loving niece, Alberta Gajewski along with many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
