SALEM – Mr. Mark Carty 59, of Salem, died unexpectedly, June 21, 2021 at Salem Hospital following a brief illness.
Born in Danvers, he was the son of the late Joseph and Florence (Darisse) Carty. He was raised and educated in Danvers and Salem and was a graduate of Salem High School, class of 1982.
Mr. Carty began his professional career working the Industrial Cleaning Industry and more recently had been employed in the recycling business.
A long-time resident of the city of Salem, Mark was an amazing father to his beloved children and a proud grandfather. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Mark is survived by his long-time companion Tracey O’Donnell of Salem, his daughters, Erica Decelle and her husband Michael of Salem and Haley Carty of Salem, his grandchildren, Kylie and Mikayla and many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Shawn Carty.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral service which will be held graveside in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Orne St., Salem, Friday, July 2nd at 10 A.M.
