SALEM – Mr. Michael J. Kehoe, 63, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023. Born in Beverly, he was the son of George and Joan (Krevatis) Kehoe. He was the beloved husband of Shannon Lee-Kehoe, with whom he celebrated 29 years of marriage.
Raised and educated in Salem, Michael graduated from Salem High School, class of 1978. After graduation he enlisted and honorably served with the United States Marines of which he was extremely proud and honored. Upon his honorable discharge in 1981, Michael worked in commercial printing as a pressman. A hardworking family man, Michael always put his family first.
Michael was of the Catholic faith, and a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church. He was also a long-standing member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. He loved getting together with friends and playing a game of darts, spending a day out by the water fishing, and working in the vegetable garden.
In addition to his beloved wife, Shannon, Michael is survived by his children; Jonathan Kehoe of Salem and Stephanie Kehoe of Salem, his mother, Joan Kehoe of Salem, and his siblings; Laurie Gomes and her husband, Carlos of Salem and John Kehoe and his wife, Carla of CA, his brother-in-law, Scott Lee and his wife, Pauline of Peabody, his brother-in-law Steve Szczechowicz, and several loved nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, George Kehoe, Michael is preceded in death by his sisters; Leeanne Kehoe and Susan Szczechowicz.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Michael’s Funeral Service, which will be held at O’Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 167 Maple St., (Rte. 62) DANVERS, MA on Friday, October 27th, at 4:30 P.M.
