Milton "Mike" Kramer

DANVERS – Mr. Milton "Mike" Kramer, 95, of Danvers, beloved husband of the late Arlyne (Crowell) Kramer, entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 22nd, 2023 at his home.

Born in Malden, he was the son of the late Samuel and Elizabeth (Kozatch) Kramer. He was raised and educated in Malden and attended Malden High School.

An honorably discharged veteran, he served his country as a member of the United States Navy.

Mr. Kramer had been employed as a Firefighter with the City of Malden, District 3, Ladder 3 from 1958 until the time of his retirement in 1989. He had also been associated with Continental Metals of Woburn from 1964 until 1992. He was a hard-working man, dedicated to both of his professions and providing for his family.

An athlete from a young age, Mike was an avid skier and enjoyed the competition and camaraderie athletics provided. He had a true passion for football and was an ardent New England Patriots fan and loved old Western movies and Audie Murphy. Above all else he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who will be deeply missed.

Mike is survived by his daughters, Laura Glenn and her husband, James of Danvers and Linda Sullivan and her husband, William of Flower Mound, TX, his sons, Norman Farren and his wife, Kathy of Windham, NH and Daniel Walsh and his wife, Deborah of Boxford, his grandchildren, Danielle (Walsh) Travers and her husband, Keith of Boxford, Natasha Farren of Peabody, Jack Farren of Windham, NH, Kelsey Sullivan and Kristen Sullivan both of Flower Mound, TX, his great granddaughter, Elizabeth Travers and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother and brother-in-law of the late Sidney Kramer and his wife, Ruth and Irving Kramer and his wife Beverly.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Service which will be held at O’Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 167 Maple St., (rte 62) DANVERS, Tuesday, Jan. 24th at 11 A.M.
