Monique Feldman Obituary

BURLINGTON – Mrs. Monique Feldman, 61, of Burlington, beloved wife of Edward Feldman, passed peacefully, Thursday, September 30th, 2021, following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer at her home with her loving family by her side.

Born in Israel, she was the daughter of the late Elijah and Rachel Levaton. She immigrated to the United States in 1990. Monique was the founder and proprietor of One of Kind Gallery in Rockport, where she owned and operated the business with her son, Daniel.

A beloved mother, sister, and soulmate, Monique Feldman touched everyone’s lives with whom she came in contact with. Her authentically open and generous nature, invited a warmth and beauty to every single day for all those who have had the privilege of knowing her. She grew up being everyone’s mother, everyone’s support when they needed, everyone’s cheerleader and everyone’s rock.

Her heart knew only boundless love and admiration for her family and friends, and it could be felt within everything she touched

Monique’s greatest love was for authentic artistic expression. Monique’s entire life was spent working and doing things that allowed her to soak in all the beauty and love that she said could be found all around us. Every single piece she has ever produced ends up taking on a life of its own, having drawn inspiration from some of the most beautiful forms of nature.

Her love of the ocean and her love of art are clearly expressed in her pieces, drawing inspiration from love and all the beauty of the natural world around her.

Monique is survived by her loving husband, Edward Feldman of Burlington, her devoted sons, Chen Feldman and his wife, Raeann (Liccardi) of Wenham, Ron Feldman and his wife, Tori (Gillern) of Beverly and Daniel Feldman of Rockport, her sister, Limor Marine and her niece and nephew, Cammie and Shawn.
