Richard Parsons Obituary

SALEM - Mr. Richard G. Parsons, 74, of Salem, beloved husband of the late Florence Mae (Thomas) Parsons, passed away on July 16th, 2021 at AdviniaCare Hospice in Salem.

Born in Lynn, he was the son of the late Roy L. Parsons and Virginia F. (Weeden) Parsons. 

An honorably discharged veteran, Richard served his country as a member of the United States Army.

Richard and Florence Mae lived in North Reading before moving to Salem in 2002.

Richard had his own website, RParsonsProductions. He filmed a lot of Salem and its historic districts and its many functions. He showed them on the local cable channel as well as YouTube. Richard also enjoyed his many pets throughout his life.

Surviving Richard are his siblings, his brother, Roy F. Parsons of Port Charlotte, FL, his sister, Virginia Gwinn of Port Charlotte, FL., As well with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Husband to the Late Florence Mae (Thomas) Parsons, who passed away December of 2016.
