DANVERS- Mr. Robert C. Palardy 73, of Danvers, died, Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Beverly Hospital. Born in Salem, he was the son of the late John H. and Mary A. (Jones) Palardy. He was raised and educated in Danvers and was a graduate of Danvers High School. Robert was an avid athlete while in high school. Mr. Palarady had been employed for many years with the Town of Danvers as a custodian at the Great Oak School until the time of his retirement. A long time active resident of the Town of Danvers, Robert was a longtime volunteer at the Danvers Senior Center. He was awarded the Americanism Award by the American Legion Post 180 in Danvers in 2011 for his patriotic activity and support of the observation of patriotic activity. He was a long time communicant of St. Mary of the Annunciation Parish in Danvers. Robert is survived by his daughter Susan E. Hooks of California, his son, Robert J. Palarady of California, his three grandchildren, his sister, Mary Pearl Belleau of Danvers and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Jean Stewart.

ARRANGEMENTS: His funeral service will be held in the Annunciation Cemetery, Hobart St., Danvers, Wednesday, Dec. 31st at 10 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours are omitted.
