Ms. Teresa E. (Turner) Velez, 55 of North Reading, MA, formerly of Winter Park Florida, died Monday March 25, at the Meadowview Care and Rehabilitation Center, in North Reading.

Born in Santa Ana, California, she was the daughter of the late Herbert J. Sr. and Alice L. (Watson) Turner. She was raised and educated in Winter Park Florida and was a graduate of Winter Park High School. Following graduation Teresa received her nursing degree and was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Teresa enjoyed photography and spending time with her family and friends.She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be truly missed.

Teresa is survived by her son Anthony Velez and his wife Jennifer of Middleton, MA and her two grandchildren Nicholas and Mia Velez. She was the sister of the late Herbert J. Turner Jr.

ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral service will be held in the Peterson- O'Donnell Funeral Home 167 Maple Street (Rte. 62), Danvers Friday March 27, at 12:30 PM Relatives and friends invited. Burial is private.
