LYNN- Mr. William J. Harrison III, 54 of Lynn beloved fiancé of Nadine Gagnon, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at his home.
Born in Salem he was the son of Catherine (Macleod) Harrison and the late William J. Harrison, Jr. He was raised and educated in Salem and was a graduate of Salem High School.
Mr. Harrison had been employed by Converge as a Logistic Coordinator for many years where he was known for his strong work ethic, dedication and was often sought after for his expertise.
A loving father, companion, son, brother, grandfather and uncle, family was most important to Bill. He was happiest in his meticulous back yard, hosting cookouts by the pool surrounded by his loved ones. He was very proud of his children and their many accomplishments and enjoyed being involved in their many activities. There was nothing better than hanging out with his son who was also his best friend. He was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan and enjoyed taking in a game with his son and daughters.
A beloved family member, Bill will always be remembered for his bright smile, his outgoing personality that endeared him to many and deeply missed by his family and many friends.
Surviving Bill, in addition to his mom, Catherine of Salem and his fiancé, Nadine of Lynn are his children, William J. Harrison IV and his companion Janessa Briggs, his daughters, Ashley Freeman and Lakeisha Gagnon all of Beverly, his sister, Elaine Harrison and her companion Charles Reardon of Gloucester and his brother, Jay Harrison and his companion Michelle Hutchinson of Merrimack, NH and his grandson, William J. Harrison V and several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to his visiting hours which will be held in O’Donnell – Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 84 Washington Sq., (at Salem Common) Salem on Monday November 16, 2020 from 4 to 7 P.M. Expressions of sympathy may be made in Bill’s memory to the William J. Harrison V, Scholarship Fund C/O Eastern Bank, 81 Bridge St., Beverly, MA 01915. All attendees are required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing.
