TOPSFIELD - Mr. William Warren Kimball 85, of Topsfield, beloved husband of Janet Priscilla (Macdonald) Kimball, died Saturday, December 1, 2012, at Lahey Clinic Medical Center, Burlington. Born in Danvers, son of the late Alfred M. and Bessie H. (Shirley) Kimball, he was raised and educated in Danvers and was a graduate of the former Holten High School. An honorably discharged veteran Mr. Kimball served his country during World War II as a member of the United States Navy. William had been employed as a meat cutter for the former First National Stores for many years prior to his retirement in 1990. A resident of Topsfield since 1964 , he was a long-time member of the Topsfield Congregational Church. In addition to his loving wife of sixty-four years, he is survived by his daughter Rebecca Ann Griffen and her husband James C. , and two grandchildren Samantha and William C. Griffen. He was brother of the late Francis S. and Melvin E. Kimball.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to his memorial service which will be held in the Topsfield Congregational Church on Friday, December 7, at 11A.M. Burial is private. As requested, there are no visiting hours. Assisting the family with the ar-rangements is the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home 167 Maple St., (Rte. 62) Danvers. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the charity of your choice.
