PEABODY / DANVERS – Miss. Alexa Rose Esposito, 26 of Danvers, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 11, 2026.
Born in Beverly, on October 15, 1999, Alexa was born to Patrick and Carla R. (Carpinelli) Esposito. She grew up in Danvers actively playing softball and taking dance throughout her youth. She attended Danvers High School and was a proud member of the graduating class of 2018.
Professionally, Alexa devoted her working career to early education where for many years she worked as a preschool teacher. Her kind heart and easy-going personality endeared her to many, naturally caring for the youth.
Alexa’s love for children grew as she became a mother to her beloved son, Karsten. Her kind heart reflected in all that she did, in her professional work, in the mother she was to her son, and as a daughter, sister and friend. She was adventurous and fearless which was admired by many and loved watching and going to live WWE shows, one of her true passions. Her passing will be felt profoundly by all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed.
In addition to her loving parents, Patrick and Carla, Alexa is survived by her beloved son, Karsten Arias of Salem, her devoted sister, Janelle Donaghy and her husband, Sean of Lynn; her nieces, Mackenna and Taytum Donaghy of Lynn; her grandmother, Anna Esposito of Danvers; aunts, Denise Feudo and her husband, Salvatore of Peabody and Kathy Aiello and her husband, Dennis of Peabody; and uncle, Thomas Esposito and his wife, Sheryl of Ipswich and the father of her son, Carsten Arias of Salem and many cousins, extended family and friends.
