Orange, CT - Alma "Ann" M. Tait, age 89, formerly of New Haven, passed away at her residence in Orange, CT on December 12, 2012.

Ann was the widow of Vernon A. Tait. Born in Peabody, MA on September 22, 1923 she was the daughter of the late Melvin W. Smallwood & Alma B. White Smallwood. She is the mother of Harlan L. Tait & his wife Penny and the late Jason S. Tait; grandmother of Timothy V. Tait and Robin Tait all of Woodbridge and sister of Mil Gould of Newbury, MA.

ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral service will be held in the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home, 167 Maple Street, (Rte.62) Danvers on Tuesday December 18, 2012, at 1:00 P.M. Relatives and friends invited. Burial in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Danvers. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in Ann's memory to The First Congregational Church, Linens Fund, 41 Centre St, Danvers, MA 01923.
