MIDDLETON – Mr. Arlindo Melo Correia 83, of Middleton, beloved husband of Alaide (Silva) Correia, died peacefully, Tuesday, July 25th, 2023 at Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester.
Born in The Azores, Portugal, he was the son of Holario and Docelinda (Mello) Correia. Mr. Correia had been employed in the Construction Industry the majority of his professional career. He was associated with DiBiase Homes for many years until the time of his retirement in 2008. He was a hardworking and devoted professional, who took great pride in all of his work. He loved his job and was extremely talented with his hands.
A loving husband, father and grandfather, Arlindo was happiest when spending time in his garden. His prized tomatoes were often given as gifts to friends and family. With a kind and gentle nature, Mr. Correia lived life to provide and help his family. His incredible work ethic was something he was proud of and rightly so.
Family was at the heart of who Arlindo was. He was a devoted husband and father and a dotting grandfather who will be deeply missed.
