AMESBURY - Chad Claar, aged 46, passed away on September 22nd, 2024, in Amesbury, MA.

Born on August 11th, 1978, in Salem, MA, Chad lived a life dedicated to protecting and loving those he knew. He graduated from Salem High School, where he was known for his mischievous yet caring nature.

While he held multiple careers throughout his life, Chad is most remembered for the abundant amount of love he had for his children, passion for Bruins hockey, and practical jokes on family and friends alike. Chad was a gentle giant, dedicated metalhead, and talented artist who also found joy in baking and cooking. Those who knew Chad were fortunate to experience the depth of love he gave to those he cared about.

Chad will be dearly missed by his life partner, Cindy, and their blended family including children Bailey, Tyler, and Orion, and step-children Oliver and Everett. He is also survived by his parents, Dodie and Chuck, his sister, Andi-Lee, and many loving nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. His sudden departure leaves an unfillable void in their lives.

ARRANGEMENTS: A Celebration of Life will be held at the American Legion, 69 River St, Middleton, MA, on Friday, October 11th, 2024 from 4 to 8 PM where friends and family will gather to honor Chad's vibrant life and legacy.
