SALEM- Mrs. Ellen Jean (Viselli) Richard 91 of Salem, beloved wife of 65 years to the late Henry Richard, died Sunday, June 29th at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Carmela (Zarella) Viselli. She was raised and educated in Salem and attended Salem High School. Mrs. Richard had been employed at Bertini's Restaurant, her family's establishment for many years as a server until the time of her retirement. A loving, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Ellen took great pride in providing a loving and caring home for her family. She enjoyed spending her time knitting, crocheting and dining out with family and friends. She found her greatest pleasure in spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ellen is survived by her son, William Richard and his partner Denise Lapointe of Danvers, her grandchildren, Jennifer Guimaraes and her husband Fred of Amesbury and Kim Rybicki and her husband Brian of Groveland, her great grandchildren, Samuel, Julianna, Cameron and Alex, her brother, Alfred Visellia and his wife Nancy of Salem and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and extended family and friends. She was pre-deceased by her loving husband in December of 2013 and was also the sister of the late Ida Furnari, Esther Bertini, Louise Guy, Eleanor Newman, Guido, Armando, Rinaldo, Antonio Jr, Carmen and Ernest Viselli.

ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral will be held from The O'Donnell Funeral Home 46 Washington Sq., (At Salem Common) Salem, Wednesday at 10:15 A.M. followed by her funeral Mass in Ste. Anne's Church, Jefferson Ave., Salem at 11 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem. Visiting hours Tuesday from 4 to 7 P.M.
