George Conklin Myers, Jr.

DANVERS – Mr. George Conklin Myers, Jr., 62 of Peabody, formerly of Danvers, passed away after a long illness with cancer on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

George was born in Danvers, Massachusetts, to Jeanne (McKinnon) Myers and George Conklin Myers. He was a proud graduate of Danvers High School, Class of 1981, and earned his associate’s degree in accounting from Dean College in Franklin, MA. George was an entrepreneur at heart, starting a sports photo cart business in the malls with his brother Richard before venturing into his own painting business.

Among his many interests, George found joy in poker, fishing, and cheering for the Patriots on Sundays. However, his greatest happiness came from moments spent around a table with family and friends, filled with laughter and fun.

George was predeceased by his father, George, and his brother, Thomas. He was a devoted caregiver to his mother, Jeanne, until his passing. He leaves behind his wife, Karina; his son, Brandon; his stepdaughter, Lorena; his brother, Steven, and his wife, Debra; his sister-in-law, Joanne; his brother, Richard, and his wife, Lori; his brother, Jeff, and his husband, David; as well as many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

ARRANGEMENTS: At the family’s request, all services will be private with a celebration of George’s life to be held at a later date.
