DANVERS - Mrs. Isabelle "Maggie" (Berruyer) D'Entremont, 96, of Danvers, formerly of Lynn, beloved wife of the late Clifford J. D'Entremont, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 8th, 2024 at Putnam Farm in Danvers surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Port De Bouc, France, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Madeline Berruyer. She was raised and educated in France and immigrated to the United States following her marriage. Clifford and Maggie settled in Lynn where they raised their family.
Mrs. D'Entremont had been employed for many years at The Lynn Home for the Elderly in their laundry department.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother Maggie's family was paramount. She was very proud of her family and was truly happiest when surrounded by them and was overjoyed when the grandchildren and great-grandchildren came along. She was kind with a quick smile and made friends easily, friendships she fostered for years. Her and her girlfriends loved to go to lunch and were up for just about any adventure. Maggie and her husband enjoyed camping and camped at many campgrounds throughout New England. She loved to play volleyball, loved her yard and was an avid gardener no matter where she resided. Maggie will be forever remembered for her love of family, her kind and generous nature and will be deeply miss by all who knew and loved her.
Surviving Maggie are her children, Denise LeBlanc and her husband, Vernon of Danvers and Daniel D'Entremont and his wife, Denise of Biddeford, ME, her grandchildren, Danielle Lam and her husband, Hue of Quincy, Deanna West and her husband, Ken of Kennebunk, ME, Lisa Vadala and her husband, Dan of Kensington, NH and Steven Leblanc and his wife, Kristen of Topsfield and her great-grandchildren, Tyler and Olivia Lam, Elijah and Tessa West, Brooke, Luke, Cole and Noelle LeBlanc and Josephine, Isabelle, Guinevere and Nick Vadala. Maggie was pre-deceased by her husband Clifford, her son George, her parents, and her brother.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service which will be held at O'Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 167 Maple St., (Rte. 62) DANVERS on Friday, January 12th, 2024 at 11:30 AM. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn. Visiting hours prior to the service from 9 to 11 AM.
