Obituary

SALEM - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our sweet boy Jaxson David Milbury Renard, who left us on May 29th, 2025.  Jaxson was the cherished son of Laura and Carlos Pacheco and family. Jaxson brought joy, laughter, and love to those who were fortunate enough to meet him.

Jaxson was a bright light in our lives, full of kindness, compassion, and an infectious spirit that touched all who crossed his path.  Despite his many difficulties, Jaxson always managed to give a mischievous side eye, smirk, snort, or giant smile, and he'd make you work for it. Although he was unable to communicate verbally, Jaxson could always let you know what he wanted.  Jaxson enjoyed being snuggled, rocked, read to, and listening to his crazy music ranging from classical, heavy metal, bachata, and Disney. Jaxson was never one for sitting idle for long and enjoyed being pushed around in his chair. Jaxson had no problem letting you know that the walk was never long enough though.

Jaxson attended the Kevin O'Grady School at the North Shore Education Consortium in Beverly and was one of their more spirited students. Jaxson enjoyed being offered various choices through his switch devices and always enjoyed choosing to "go" to leave the classroom for a walk. Jaxson had the best school team in his corner, who nurtured and supported him, always advocated and pushed him to meet his highest potential.

Jaxson really enjoyed spending time with his Pedi Pals Team doing art projects, music, and massage therapy. Jaxson also had the best nursing team at home, Allison, Esther, Dickens, Nancy, Patricia and Suzanne. They all had a special relationship with him, and he enjoyed the time he had with them. Jaxson will be deeply missed by all those who had the pleasure of meeting him. His legacy will live on in the memories we hold dear and in the lives he impacted profoundly.

Jaxson is survived by his biological mother, his biological father, Philip Renard and his children, Philip and Maddox. He is also survived by his growing up family, Carlos and Laura Pacheco, and their children, Dominick, CJ, Ramsey, and Vincent, as well as many other extended family members who all loved Jax Jax dearly.

As we grapple with this immense loss, we take comfort in knowing that Jaxson will forever remain in our hearts. May his soul rest in eternal peace. We love you forever Jackie Boy!
