SALEM - Mr. John J. "Jack" Bezzati Jr. 70, of Salem, beloved husband of Joann (Carbone) Bezzati passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at Salem Hospital with his loving family by his side.

Born in Salem, he was the son of the late John Sr. and Marguerite (McDonald) Bezzati. He was raised and education in Salem, attending Salem Public Schools.

Jack began his career at Daley Pharmaceuticals, working in their shipping and receiving department, later he joined and drove for Michaud Bus Line for several years ending his career as a dedicated heavy equipment operator for the city of Salem, where he applied his skills tirelessly for over two decades.

A loving patriarch who reveled in every moment spent with his beloved family, ensuring that they always came first. His true source of happiness always stemmed from his family. He cherished his grandchildren who held a special place in his heart and truly found joy when he was involved in their many activities and sharing their many milestones. A man of integrity, Jack lived a life centered on his family and the values he held dear. Jack had a passion for golf, finding solace and joy out on the greens. He was an avid Boston sports fan and enjoyed watching whatever team happened to be playing. Known for his infectious sense of humor, Jack had a knack for lightening the mood with his jokes and making others laugh. He loved to see the smiles on the faces of those around him and brought warmth wherever he went. His life was truly centered on his family and large group of friends who will remember him fondly. He will be deeply missed and celebrated for his legacy and the impact he had on all who knew him. His memory will truly live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Surviving Jack, in addition to his wife Joann with whom he shared 47 years of marriage, are his sons, John Bezzati III and his partner, Shawna Greene of Salem and Justin Bezzati and his partner Kelly Russell of Danvers, his grandchildren Arianna and Braidon Bezzati of Salem and Mateo and Malia Bezzati of Danvers, and the entire Bezzati clan of loving brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held at O'Donnell's Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 84 Washington Sq.
