PEABODY – Mrs. Josephine Helen "Jo" (Torregrossa) Therrien, 85 of Peabody, loving wife of the late Robert A. Therrien, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 18th, 2024 at Beverly Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Born in Boston, Jo was the daughter of the late Americo and Helen (DeSalvo) Torregrossa. Jo grew up in Malden and was a graduate of Malden High School.

Early in life, Jo worked as an administrative assistant for various companies until she became a mother. As a mother, she devoted her life to her family always providing a warm and loving home. Jo was happiest when being a nana, tending and caring for her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed games of chance, playing bingo or visiting the casino to have fun and making memories with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Surviving Josephine are her children, Kirk Therrien and his wife, Debi of Lynn, Kim Jesi and her husband, Tony of Peabody and Scott Therrien and his wife, Meraly of Peabody; her beloved grandchildren, Nicole Molina and her husband, Sebastian of Peabody, Janelle Bettencourt and her husband, Jason of Peabody, Christopher Therrien and his fiancé, Maggie Vineis of Malden, Nicholas Jesi and his wife, Kara of Peabody, Marc Jesi and his wife, Lindsay of Danvers and Colby and Juliana Therrien both of Peabody; her great-grandchildren, Emilia and Isabelle Molina, Logan, Avery and Easton Jesi and Giada and Lucia Jesi and her special niece, Kelly Reed. In addition to her beloved husband Robert, Josephine was predeceased by her siblings, Larry Torregrossa and Helen Parker.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to attend Josephine's funeral service which will be held from O'Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 167 Maple St., (Rte. 62) DANVERS on Friday, February 23rd at 10 A.M. followed by her burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
