SALEM – Mrs. Juliana (Pozos) LaBelle, 85, formerly of 14 Boardman Street, Salem, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 25th, 2022 at Beverly Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Born in Quintanar de la Orden, Spain, Juliana was the daughter of the late Gregorio Pozos and Juliana Morata de Pozos. She grew up on the family farm, the youngest of 6 children, learning at an early age the true value of hard work and dedication.

While living in Spain, Juliana met Armand, a United Stated civilian working overseas for the Armed Forces. They quickly fell in love, married and moved to Madrid to start raising their growing and beautiful family. In 1981, the LaBelle's relocated to the United States to honor Armand's wishes of having all his children receive their education in the United States. Shortly after their move, Armand suddenly passed away and Juliana made every effort to honor her husband's wish for their children. She wanted the best for her family and as a hardworking, single mother, she did the best for her family. She was deeply determined, strong minded and extremely independent. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and was rich in the love she received from them all. She will be greatly missed.

Juliana is survived by her loving children, Claire LaBelle, A.J. LaBelle, III and Gregory LaBelle; her devoted grandchildren, Kate Jackimowicz, Emma Jackimowicz, Mae LaBelle, John LaBelle and Sofia LaBelle and many nieces and nephews. Juliana was predeceased by her brothers at a young age and was the sister of the late Maria and Louisa.
