MIDDLETON – June D. Anderson passed away with her loving family surrounding her on October 8, 2026, after a long illness.

June is the seventh child of ten born to Robert B. Anderson and Phyllis C. (Weeden) Anderson on September 30, 1956. She and her nine siblings, Robert Jr., Faith (& Lenny Stone), Catherine (& Billy Holm), Jack (& Dian), Daniel (& Jane), Thomas, Jean, Judy and Lynn (& Walter DiNitto) were raised in the most loving home in Middleton, MA. June was also the second Mom to her seventeen nieces and nephews and thirty-one great nieces and nephews. June's dedication and love for her family was her greatest priority; she will forever be the bright shining star to all of them. There was never a more loving, selfless, beautiful woman on this earth, her loving personality radiated through her smile and laughter, to know her was to love her.

It gives us great joy to imagine the beautiful reunion of June with Dad, Mom, Robbie, Jeannie, Tommy, Danny, Lola and her loving godson, Andy, whom she referred to as "my heart" and the rest of her large loving family and friends.

June worked in screen printing for many years and then for Walmart as their invoice associate, she took great pride and ownership of both positions and mentored many through the years. She fondly earned the title "Mama June" from many of her co-workers because of her unconditional loving, selfless nature. She also worked for the family business, Andy's & Sons in many roles.

People gravitated and surrounded her wherever she went, she would always pause her travels with a huge smile on her face to listen and chat with those in need. June also portrayed the famous Hazel the Witch puppet at the Middleton Pumpkin Festival for many years handing out candy and shaking the hands of all that walked Pumpkin row on Maple Street. She was a loyal TV sports fan. June enjoyed cooking and serving a roast beef dinner for 25 years in celebration of the annual Twelfth Night gathering at MCC.
