DANVERS – Kathleen A. (Greene) Nestor, of Danvers, passed away at her home February 22, 2026. The beloved wife of the late Lawrence J. Nestor, she was 85 years old.
Born in Malden to the late Joseph M. and Catherine A. (Doherty) Greene, Kathleen was raised and educated in Reading and graduated from Reading Memorial High School. She went on to have a lengthy career as clerk typist, working for over 25 years for Beverly Hospital.

Never uttering a harsh word or passing judgement on anyone, Kathleen was the epitome of kindness. Compassionate, caring and generous, she was a kind soul that people enjoyed being around. She will be missed deeply by all those lucky enough to have known her.
