SALEM - Mrs. Kimberly Ann (Thompson) Shaw, 47 of Salem, beloved wife of Ed Shaw entered eternal rest after a courageous seven-year battle with breast cancer on Monday, April 24, 2017 in the loving care at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. She also had fabulous care by the doctors and nurses at Mass General Hospital Cancer Center in Danvers. Born in Texas, she lived in many states and Germany with her family, settling in Georgia with her husband. Kimberly Ann is survived by her loving husband Ed Shaw, her devoted sisters Kelly Raposo and her partner Jared Groves of Atkinson, N.H., and Kristi Thompson of Salem, her nieces Ella and Janice and her nephews Brady, Dylan and Charlie. She is also survived by the many adoring aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends whom she loved very much. If you had the pleasure of meeting Kimberly you would know what a genuine treasure she was. Kim was preceded in death by her mother Janice Thompson and her father Jack Thompson Jr.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of her life which will be held in The O'Donnell Funeral Home 46 Washington Sq., (At Salem Common) Salem, Wednesday, May 3rd at 10 A.M. There will be a luncheon at the Hawthorne Hotel immediately following the celebration.
