COLUMBIA, MISSISSIPPI – Mrs. Lois Ellen (Davidson) Spearin, 94 of Columbia, Mississippi, formerly of Brooksby Village, Peabody and Topsfield, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 7th, 2022 at Alden Pointe Assisted Living in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She was the loving wife of the late Frederic W. "Bill" Spearin, Jr.

Born in Marlborough, Massachusetts, Lois was the daughter of the late Clifton and Mavorette E. (Wilbur) Davidson. Raised and educated in Upton, Lois continued her education after high school in cosmetology learning and practicing hairdressing.

A loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Lois provided a loving home for her children and later in life, grandchildren. She loved caring for them and being present for their many milestone accomplishments. Lois and Bill were longtime residents of the Town of Topsfield for over 45 years before moving to Brooksby Village. They celebrated 69 wonderful years of marriage together. She lived a long, wonderful life filled with many happy memories her family will always remember.

Lois is survived by her son, Edward Spearin previously of Wells ME and now Columbia, MS; her daughter, Beverly Webb and her husband, Mickey of Columbia, MS; her grandchildren, John (Julie)Webb, Eric Webb, Kimberly (Andres) Valenzuela, Hunter Spearin and Christopher Spearin; and several nieces and nephews.
