DANVERS – Mrs. Lorraine Marie (Bettencourt) (Lyons) Kelley, 91, of Danvers, beloved wife of the late Neil Kelley and the late Richard Lyons Sr., died Thursday, November 28th, 2024 at Care One in Beverly.

Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late John P. and Sarah (Viera) Bettencourt. She was raised and educated in Danvers and was a graduate of Danvers High School.

Mrs. Kelley had been employed for many years at GTE Sylvania at the Endicott St., Danvers and Boston St., Salem locations. She also had been associated with Bettencourt Tanning as secretary and bookkeeper. A hard-working woman, she was a devoted and consummate professional.

Lorraine was devoted to her family and relished time spent surrounded by those she loved. Family always came first. She was devoted to her faith and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Peabody. She will be forever loved and deeply missed.

Lorraine is survived by her daughter Lorraine Crean and her husband, Thomas of Peabody, her son, Richard Lyons Jr and his wife, Gina of Atkinson, NH, her grandchildren, Sarah Fella and her husband Kostas of Haverhill, Richard Lyons III and his wife Katie of Atkinson, NH, Kathleen Ciampa and her husband, Dustin of Kingston, NH, Jennifer Snow and her husband, James III of Beverly, Thomas Crean Jr of Lawrence and Joseph Crean and his wife, Kara of Plymouth, 14 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the wife of the late Richard Lyons Sr. and the late Neil Kelley and  was the sister of the late John Bettencourt Jr.

ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral service will be held at O'Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 167 Maple St., (rte 62) DANVERS, Tuesday, December 10th at 10 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Burial in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. Visiting hour prior to the service from 9 to 10 A.M.
