BOXFORD- Ms. Marcia S. Ramsey of Boxford, Massachusetts passed away in the Shapiro Pavilion of The Brigham Hospital in Boston on Saturday, August 29, 2015.

Marcia was born on April 22, 1948 in Ludlow to Evo and Helen Sorcinelli. She graduated from UMass Boston with a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and worked as a Trusts and Estates Administrator at Hill & Barlow PC until 2001.

She was a talented painter, loved animals and took joy in travelling all over the world. But most of all, she loved and was loved by her family and friends, both human and canine. She enriched many lives during her time on this earth, which all who knew her would agree was too short.

Marcia leaves behind her two black labs, Rikki and Casey, and her golden retriever Gigi, and her husband, Doug, a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Hong Kong. She is survived by her mother, Helen Sorcinelli, of Ludlow, MA, her sister, Diane LaVigne and her husband Ken of Springfield, MA, her niece, Marissa LaVigne of Chicago, and her two nephews, Greg and Michael LaVigne of Springfield.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass and Celebration of Marcia's life at The Church of St. Paul, 50 Union St., Hamilton, on Saturday, October 3rd at 9 A.M..
