ROCKPORT – Mrs. Marian Joyce (Quinn) Titus, 93 of Rockport, loving wife of Willet J. Titus, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Addison Gilbert Hospital with her family by her side.
Born in Matamoras, Pennsylvania, Marian was the daughter of the late John and Mae (Marshall) Quinn. She was raised and educated in Pennsylvania, graduating from Matamoras High School in 1949.
Professionally, Marian owned and operated an antique shop located in her Rockport home for over 20 years. Antiquing was a true passion of hers, extending in every avenue of her life and providing timeless treasures to family and friends was her greatest thrill.
In addition to her professional career and hobby, Marian enjoyed skiing all over the world, but most notably Vermont with her husband and family. She was quick to laugh, always with a positive outlook and making the best of any situation. Marian will be remembered for her deep love for her family, especially for her beloved grandsons and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her beloved husband Willet, with whom she shared nearly 68 years of marriage, Marian is survived by her son, Patrick Titus and his wife, Jennifer of Gloucester; her beloved grandsons, Schuyler, Derek and Patrick Titus all of Gloucester and nieces and nephews, Michael Quinn, Jeff Quinn, Scott Quinn, John Quinn, Donald Gordon and his wife, Joan and Debbie Gordon. In addition to her parents, Marian was preceded in death by her beloved son, Mark Q. Titus and siblings, Jack Quinn and Dorothy Gordon.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to Marian’s funeral Mass which will be held at Saint Joachim Church, 56 Broadway Ave., Rockport, MA on Thursday, December 18th at 10 A.M.
