SALEM – Marjorie Ann (Mysliwy) Hodsdon, 73, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Salem, to the late Theodore and Ann Marie (Wallace) Mysliwy, and graduated from Danvers High School Class of 1971.

Marjorie’s selflessness knew no bounds; she gave her whole heart to her family, always putting their needs before her own and never seeking anything in return. She was a constant presence at the many races her daughters and grandchildren competed in, camera in hand, ready to capture every moment. Her passion for photographing her family’s achievements shone through in every picture she took.

Marjorie was also very creative and her creativity sparkled in her many projects, whether she was crafting delicate ornaments or building a magical playhouse for her grandchildren. Every year, she counted down the days until Halloween, pouring her heart into transforming her home with spooky decorations and festive touches. Baking filled her with happiness, and her kitchen often overflowed with the inviting scent of her newest confections. Marjorie’s love for music was boundless, and she lit up the line dancing floor with her infectious energy. She also delighted in shopping trips to Walmart and the Dollar Store, always searching for hidden treasures to brighten her day.

Majorie is survived by her children Brandi and her husband Steven Dion of Salem, MA, Tammy and her husband Jeffrey Warren of Fremont, NH, and Cheri Hodsdon and her husband Chris Beurman of Oxford, MA; ten grandchildren, Daniel, Jamie and Tyler Warren, Mackenzie and Maddox Dion, and Curtis, Skyla, Jordyn, Brooke and Kolbi Hodsdon; her nephews, Michael and Zachary Mysliwy of Byfield; and her twin brothers Robert (Robin) Mysliwy of Byfield, and Richard Mysliwy of Danvers.
