PEABODY - Mr. Mark S. Delp 59, of Peabody, beloved husband of Diane M. (LeBoeuf) Delp, died Monday, October 9, 2017 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, surrounded by his family. Born in Danvers, he was the son of the late George and Marion (Delp) Delp. He was raised and educated in Salem and Georgetown. An honorably discharged veteran, he served his country as a member of the United States Army National Guard. Mr. Delp was a master carpenter and worked for many years in the construction and development field. He had also been associated with Sun Capsule of Peabody. Mr. Delp was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He was known for his affable personality and his joke telling ability. He found immense pleasure in making others smile. He was a fantastic joke and story teller. His quick wit and rye sense of humor endeared him to many. He always enjoyed watching and taking in live comedy shows. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping and fishing. Music was a big part of his life and he especially loved Pink Floyd and his uncle's band Boston. He had a deep love and passion for his family especially his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed. Mark is survived by his loving wife Diane M. (LeBoeuf) Delp of Peabody, his son, Christopher LeBoeuf and his wife Tara of Ossipee, N.H., his daughter Samantha Hughes and her husband John of Beverly, his grandchildren, Michael, Marissa. Christopher Jr., Kyle, Leia and John Jr., his siblings, Michael Delp and his wife Mary of Revere, Chris Delp of San Diego, CA, Brian Delp of Worcester and Karen Pelletier and her companion Alan Finkelstein of Peabody and several nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. He was the brother of the late Sheree Doherty.

ARRANGEMENTS: His funeral service will be held in the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home, 167 Maple St., (rte 62) Danvers, Friday, Oct. 13, at 12:30 P.M. Relatives and friends invited.
