Mrs. Mary (Kessaris) Barry, 93, of Beverly, beloved wife of the late John S. Barry, died Wednesday, July 4th, 2012 at the Masconomet Nursing Home in Topsfield, surrounded by her daughters.

Born in Beverly, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Kyriacopoulos) Kessaris. She was raised and educated in Beverly and was a life long resident of the City of Beverly.

Mary was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother, who will be deeply missed. She will always be remembered for her support and love of her family and her memory will be cherished by the generations who follow her.

She was a member of the St. Vasillios Greek Orthodox Church. She was also a former employee of the Sylvania Company. Mary enjoyed spending time along the beautiful ocean side and beaches of the North Shore.

Mary is survived by her beloved daughters, Dianne G. Field and her husband Kevin of Amesbury and Elaine A. Geratowski and her husband James of Boxford, her grandchildren, Timothy and Bryan Field and Jill Geratowski, her sisters, Constance Christo of Beverly, Ethel Rowe of Beverly, Effie Wallace of Boothbay Harbor, Maine and Catherine Sigurdson of Danvers, her brothers, Kenneth Kessaris of Wenham and Charles Kessaris of Danvers and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Jane Callichy, Paul Kessaris and George Kessaris.

ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral service will be held in the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home 167 Maple St., (rte 62) Danvers, Tuesday at 11 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Burial in Village Cemetery, Boxford. Visiting hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 A.M.
