Nicole Elizabeth Rae

NORTH ANDOVER – Ms. Nicole Elizabeth Rae, 36 of North Andover and the loving mother of Ariana Rose, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

Born in Beverly, Nicole was the loving daughter of Rosemary (Estella) Rae and John Rae. She was raised and educated in Danvers, attending Danvers Public Schools and continued her education at Empire Beauty School in Malden where she learned the skills and trade to embark on her professional career in hairdressing.

Nicole loved making others feel beautiful and throughout her professional career worked as a hairdresser and master colorist. After her daughter was born, Nicole worked in childcare, working for the daycare that her daughter attended in Methuen. With a deep love for caring for others, Nicole returned to hairdressing and most recently worked at Drybar, where she enjoyed styling and making others feel good.

A loving and devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend – Nicole was happiest when surrounded by the love and support of her family. She was the ultimate mom, providing for her daughter Ariana and loved dyeing and styling her own family members’ hair as she learned and mastered the trade. She loved listening to music, dancing, shopping and had quite the style, collecting Jordan shoes. Nicole will be remembered for her beautiful soul and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her beloved daughter, Ariana; her mother, Rosie and father, John, all of Danvers. Nicole is survived by her sister, Jessica Hanson of Danvers; her twin brother, Michael “Mikey” Rae of Danvers; her nephews, Landon and Jason Hanson of Danvers; longtime and best friend, Mary of Winchendon; her aunt, Judy LePage and her husband, Paul of Danvers; Uncle, John Estella of Danvers and numerous, cousins, friends and extend family members. Nicole was predeceased by her dear uncles, Roger and George Estella.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to Nicole’s funeral service which will be held at O’Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 167 Maple St., (Rte. 62) DANVERS on Friday, July 24th at 4:30 P.M.
