MIDDLETON - Robert Francis Davis Jr. (age 40) of Middleton, MA tragically passed away on Thursday, August 18th, 2022. He is survived by his son, Jack; his father and stepmother, Robert, and Tamara; his mother, Nancy; his twin brother, Richard, and younger sister, Elizabeth; his grandmother, Barbara; and his nieces and nephew, Corrin, Kayla, and Richard Jr.

Rob was born on October 14th, 1981. He spent his childhood camping, hiking, and rock climbing with his father, brother, and the Boy Scouts and became an Eagle Scout in 1997 at the age of 16. He was featured in the November 1998 edition of Boys' Life magazine for dogsledding, a hobby he shared with his father. He always referred to their dogsledding trip to Montana and Washington as one of the best experiences in his life. In 2004, Rob became proud member of Local 103 IBEW. His union brothers knew and loved him for his smile, sense of humor, and great electrical work. He was also an avid skier, a history buff, and an excellent cook who enjoyed throwing barbeques for his family and friends. Even though the food wouldn't get served until 9pm, we always knew it would be worth the wait. His infamous firework shows annoyed more than one neighbor (so sorry about that) but delighted his son, nieces, and nephew. Most importantly, Rob was a loving father who made the most out of each day with his son, whether they were swimming in the pool, riding ATVs, attending the St. Patrick's Day parade, or building LEGOs. Jack was the light of his life, and everyone who met Rob for even a moment knew how proud he was of his son.

He is gone too soon and will always be much loved and greatly missed.
