SALEM - Mr. Robert "Bob" Malcom Sirois, 74, of Lynn, formerly of Salem, died January 18, 2019 at Massachusetts General Hospital following a brief illness, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Salem, he was the son of the late Joseph and Caroline (Wronkowski) Sirois. He was raised and educated in Salem and was a graduate of Salem High School, class of 1962. A talented athlete, Bob excelled as a member of the Salem High School Witches Varsity Football and Baseball teams.

Mr. Sirois had been employed for many years with Poly Vinyl Chemical in Woburn and C.L. Hawthaway and Sons in Lynn, until the time of his retirement.

A proud man in every aspect of his life, Bob was a devoted father and passionate grandfather. He enjoyed spending his time with his grandchildren above all else. He was extremely proud of the accomplishments of his children and grandchildren. He was an avid card player and relished his weekly cribbage games with friends. As a younger man, Bob enjoyed golfing and was a lifelong Boston sports fan. Above all else family was paramount. He will be deeply missed.

Survived by his son, Michael R. and wife Annelie Sirois of Lynn and their children Alexander, Victoria and Julianna, and his son Matthew D. and his wife Anne Marie Sirois of Salem and their children M.J. and Caroline, his former spouse and friend, Nancy Sirois-Heckman of Danvers and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Joseph Sirois.

ARRANGEMENTS: His funeral service will be held in the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home, 167 Maple St., (rte 62) Danvers, Thursday, Jan. 24th at 7:15 P.M. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours prior to the service from 4 to 7 P.M. Interment is private.
