IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sandra Joyce
(Moulton) Osgood
October 25, 1936 – February 16, 2025
SALEM - Sandra Joyce Osgood of Salem died peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, February 16th, 2025. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Osgood, Sr whom she shared almost 40 years prior to his passing.
Born in Salem, she was the eldest daughter of the late Myron Moulton and Laura (Gaetz) Moulton. She was a lifelong resident of Salem, primarily North Salem, until 2019 when she moved to Pioneer Terrace. Sandra will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother (GG), sister, aunt (Sasa), friend and neighbor.
Throughout her life she helped to provide for her family. Sandra worked for 18 years at the North Shore Arc (currently Northeast Arc) in Peabody as a Program Manager until her retirement in 1993. She spoke fondly of the many clients that she worked with throughout the years. While living at Pioneer Terrace she became an active member of their tenant association as well as a member of the Salem's Women's Society.
Sandra was an avid Boston sports fan. She would cheer on her favorite Red Sox and Patriots but always had a game playing on her television or radio regardless of the sport.
Predeceased by her husband, Robert, she was the proud and loving mother of her 3 sons and their families: Robert A. Osgood, Jr. and Ann Osgood of North Andover, Mark S. Osgood and his partner Debra O'Brien of Lynn, and Richard W. Osgood and Monique Osgood of Salem. She was the proud grandmother of 4 grandchildren: Jason and Tara Osgood of Lynn, Stephen and Katie Osgood of Danvers, Marissa and Eduardo Beato of Westford and Mitchell and Erin Osgood of Littleton and great-grandmother of 8 great-grandchildren: Bryton and Eli Osgood, Julia and Gwen Osgood, Tessa, Adam and Thomas Beato and Oliver Osgood. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, John Dick of Salem and niece and nephew, Jennifer and Shawn McNeil of Salem and Jeremy Dick and Jill Quickel of Wakefield in addition to many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, especially Elise Pydynkowski. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her two sisters: Barbara Borgatti and Judith Dick.
