Sean Harrigan

ALFRED, ME - Sean F. Harrigan of Alfred ME, formerly of Salem MA, passed away unexpectedly on February 13, 2026. He was 56 years old.

Born to Daniel M. and Kathryn (O’Donnell) Harrigan, Sean was a devoted son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was predeceased by his father, Daniel M. Harrigan.

Sean was employed with East Coast Interiors for many years until his health forced him into early retirement. A talented craftsman he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication throughout his career.

Above all else, Sean was a dedicated and loving father to Kage Harrigan, Casey (Harrigan) Twitchell, Caleb Harrigan, and Keelan Harrigan. He was the proud grandfather of Lilyana, Evelyn, and Roman, who brought him immense joy.

In addition to his mother, Kathryn Harrigan, Sean is survived by his siblings: Daniel Harrigan of Salem MA; Julie (Harrigan) Freitas of Guyton GA; and Amy Harrigan of Ormond Beach FL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces who will cherish his memory.

ARRANGEMENTS: A celebration of Sean’s Life will be held at O’Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 84 Washington Square (at Salem Common) Salem on Saturday, February 28th from 11 AM to 1 PM.
